The manufacturing capacity of more than 20000 MTPA is spread over 2,00,000 sq. ft. across the two ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing facility at Silvassa and Dahej in Gujarat. The core infrastructure includes 12 Blow Moulding Machines with a processing capacity of 280 - 320 kgs an hour. It is further augmented with an automated control system from MOOG, England, ensuring smooth running of the production line. BSA boasts of an annual capacity of 20,00,000 barrels allowing us to serve clients across industry verticals.

Silvassa and Dahej are well connected with all major industrial regions thus benefit of low logistic expenditure.

In time production and strategic capacity reserves within the BSA network gives maximum supply security and flexibility within tight schedules.

To ensure the same, every barrel that is manufactured in our facility goes through stringent testing across a wide range of checks including MFI Testing, Drop Testing, Compression Testing, Hydrostatic Testing & Leakage Testing.
